Steps
The process of creating your order
Preliminary order
You are asking the manager whether the date and time are available. You are clarifying the number of guests and the selected package for the event. (Attention! To avoid mistakes, orders are only accepted via WhatsApp and email.)
Order confirmation
Making a prepayment confirms your desire to use our services and reserves the date and time for the event. A 100% prepayment is made in any way convenient for you. Terms of prepayment refund.
Preparation process
Appointment of a responsible manager for the order. Adding the event to the order calendar. Development of a decor plan for the order. The process of preparing the order directly before the event.
Preparation at the customers location
A few hours before the event, we bring all the props and start preparing the venue.
Everything is ready! Congratulations!
The preparation process is complete, we are holding the event for you and your little ones. Hooray!
Supervision of preparation
We assign you a dedicated manager who oversees the event preparation process and is responsible for your celebration.
